SINOPSE
Since two years the Dr. Katrin Berger manages with her colleague Sam Vanderloo a small clinic in Namibia.Besides she takes care for Lindiwe and Neo, the two children of the first marriage of her dead husband Max.Sam Vanderloo is in love with Katrin, but he hasn't found the correct moment for his proposal of marriage.Suddenly appears Stefan, the twin brother of Max.Katrin remembers that when Max was alive , both twin brothers didn't understand each other.
