The semi-finals continue with the last six chefs facing a challenge set by one of the country's most popular chefs, Aldo Zilli. The task is to recreate one of his signature recipes. Some of the contestants have to handle unfamiliar ingredients and techniques, while others must turn their hand to incredible pastry creations. Then, as the semi-finals approach their conclusion, the competition gets personal.
