Il grande chef Momento ha un ristorante, tre amici sottaceto e un fedele cliente che si chiama Perfecto, che ogni giorno arriva al ristorante con una sorpresa nel cestino. Momento riesce sempre a usare ciò che Perfecto gli porta per creare qualcosa di delizioso, anche se qualche volta sembra non sapere da dove iniziare.
