Evicted from his apartment and blacklisted by every landlord in the city, Adam exposes the housing market, revealing that buying a home is a terrible investment, and unregulated housing share programs like Air BNB hurt city dwellers and open up hosts to massive liabilities. Adam then goes on to ruin homelessness programs, exploring why most of what we do to help those without homes doesn’t get them any closer to having a roof over their heads.
