SINOSSI

Reddington indica all'FBI un criminale noto per le sue grandi abilità di negoziazione in situazioni difficili, il quale sta progettando un matrimonio combinato per unire le due maggiori famiglie mafiose della città. Naturalmente Red ha però anche un motivo molto personale per volere la cattura dell'uomo. Nel frattempo Elizabeth sceglie una coppia alla quale vorrebbe affidare suo figlio, mentre Tom progetta un colpo insieme alla banda della sua ex compagna.
