Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts are joined by former footballer Dion Dublin to explore properties about to be auctioned. They visit a rundown cottage in Probus, Cornwall, a flat in Mitcham, south London, and a house in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. They then speak to the buyers about their plans, and find out how much they paid for them at auction.
