Four amateur cooks from Romford, Essex, compete to throw the perfect dinner party - senior manager Jayne Stonely, nursery worker Amanda Stevens, millionaire Nigel Smith and bakery manager Russell Murphy. They try to impress with flashy cars, outspoken rants, a daring dance performance and an esoteric menu in the hope of winning the £1,000 prize.
