The two remaining North East chefs prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Molly Rose, who flew Spitfires for the Air Transport Auxiliary during the Second World War to support the RAF. Only one contender can make it through to represent their region in the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet held in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
