Val takes us to discover Palm Springs, the trendy and designer city in the heart of the California desert. In the heart of a private collection, we will discover all the flora of this region: an outdoor plant museum, one of the largest collections of cacti, and even tequila flowers. Then we'll head to the Paséo Hotel, one of the zen and design hotels of Palm Springs, where we'll meet the chef of the restaurant who will concoct his signature dishes.
