Hassan, Arafa and Sultan are three friends who provide wedding motorbike parades in Seouf, Alexandria. They share the dream of having successful lives abroad. When their friend Fadl, who already lives abroad, tries to help them, they become victims of fraud by Pasha and their dream starts falling apart.
