SYNOPSIS

Cvjetno naselje u Zagrebu pionirski je pothvat stambene izgradnje između dvaju svjetskih ratova. To je prototip suvremenog naselja obiteljskih kuća gradskih i državnih činovnika, s osnovnom školom, dječjim igralištem i tržnim centrom na tadašnjoj gradskoj periferiji. Planer naselja i arhitekt tipskih kuća je Vladimir Antolić, od samoga početka i sam stanar jedne od četiriju prvih kuća. Očuvana u eksterijeru i interijeru, kuća obitelji Antolić jedinstveni je spomenik arhitekture i građanske kulture stanovanja izgrađene po načelima funkcionalnosti, ekonomičnosti te društveno odgovorne arhitekture.
