MasterChef: The Professionals: The chefs cook at the French Ambassador's Residence.

SYNOPSIS

In the last programme of knockout week, the second group of five chefs face two tough tests. First they work together to cook a three-course fine dining menu at the French Ambassador's residence. Teamwork will be key as they to plan, execute and transport their dishes to the table for five discerning guests - including the Ambassador's Chef de Cuisine. They then return to the MasterChef kitchen to produce a showstopper dish in just 90 minutes - hoping it will be enough to book their place in the semi-finals. As ever, deciding their fates will be no-nonsense judges Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti.
