SYNOPSIS

With New Year's Eve just around the corner, Juliet celebrates with chef Merrilees Parker, who serves up a range of party food. Dishes include baby baked canape potatoes filled with smoked mackerel pate and beetroot with feta, as well as parmesan baskets filled with caesar salad. Juliet makes espresso Martini caketails, mini ganache tartlets, and a showstopping cake made with English fizz.
