Ruby is thrilled when Sharon finally signs over the E20, and Ian is determined to make his campaign for Walford councillor a success - unknown Iqra is plotting against him. Pam arrives back in Walford, so Jay and Lola hatch a plan to surprise Ben, who is thrilled to see her.
