SYNOPSIS

Insurers find themselves dealing with phantom passengers in a two-car shunt when opportunists attempt to make personal injury claims for people that weren't even in the car. A dancing claimant comes a cropper on the dance floor, CCTV footage proves to be the ultimate eyewitness when an injury is sustained in a shop, a claimant makes an astonishing confession, and investigators call time on a dubious claim for a lost watch.
