SYNOPSIS

Miljenko Horvat, putujući surovim i veličanstvenim krajolikom zapadne obale Irske, snima fotografiju pod nazivom "Gorgonska polja". Pridjev "gorgonski" ovdje označava pripadnost skupini istomišljenika koja se pod imenom toga mitološkog bića početkom šezdesetih godina okupila i djelovala u Zagrebu. I kao što je u mitologiji Gorgona istodobno prekrasna i zastrašujuća, tako i ova fotografija istodobno pobuđuje osjećaj zadivljenosti i egzistencijalne jeze. Ona snažno utjelovljuje pogled u ono što su gorgonaši nazivali tamnim sastojcima gorgonske misli: apsurd i prazninu.
