SYNOPSIS

Fascinantna dokumentarna serija o ženama diljem svijeta, koja je svojim novim pristupom pojmu kulturne raznolikosti osvojila srca milijuna ljudi.
Voditeljica Martyna Wojciechowska, urednica časopisa "National Geographic" i hrabra putnica koja je osvojila sedam vrhova, predstavlja nam čudesne žene i vodi nas kroz različite kulture, vjere i zanimanja.
Martyna je 2009. počela snimati Ženu na kraju svijeta, najpopularniju putopisnu emisiju u Poljskoj, koja je bila temelj i inspiracija za knjigu. Dosad je snimila deset sezona dokumentarne serije (i napisala nekoliko knjiga s istim naslovom) o ženama u najudaljenijim kutcima zemaljske kugle i na neki način postala ambasadorica žena širom svijeta koje povezuju univerzalne vrijednosti. Dobitnica je mnogih prestižnih nagrada i za emisiju i za knjige. Godine 2010. osvojila je sedam vrhova, što je ime kojim se označavaju najviši planinski vrhovi na sedam svjetskih kontinenata - Mount Everest, Aconcagua, Denali, Kilimanjaro, Mount Elbrus, Mount Vinson and Carstensz Pyramid (Puncak Jaya). Od 2008. na sedam vrhova se popelo samo dvjestotinjak ljudi.
