SYNOPSIS

Fadil izluđuje Josipa sa svojim „revolucionarnim idejama o renoviranju pozorišta pa tako od pozorišne garderobe i šminkeraja pravi kafanu. Uzeir i Fadil dogovaraju kongres stranke u novoizgrađenoj kafani. Josip saznaje za njihove planove i na sve načine pokušava da ih zaustavi. Fadil sprema svečani govor za sve goste velikog otvaranja.
