Thousands of passengers head home through the famous Gare de Lyon train station at the height of rush hour. A packed commuter train sits on the platform waiting for the signal to leave when a runaway train barrels into the station, and then 307 tons of metal slam into the packed commuter train, and 56 people are killed.
