SYNOPSIS

U kraju u kojem se odavna uzgaja buča i prave sjajna bučina ulja, logično je da je bučnica omiljene slastica. Može biti slana, a može i slatka, samo valja s tijestom znati onako kako to u Ivanić-Gradu zna Duška Zanić. Ako treba, i u zraku se tijesto vitla, da bi na stol došla delicija ne samo kad je Bučijada, već puno, puno češće.
