SYNOPSIS

Ministry of Defence employee and Soviet sleeper agent Tom Mallory discovers a top-secret letter, the contents of which could leave the UK vulnerable to a nuclear attack. Daddy and the MI5 team must find him and turn him before he shatters the precarious peace of the Cold War. Meanwhile, Joe is haunted by events in his past and has to try to put his personal vendetta to one side to prevent it jeopardising his part in the investigation. Spy thriller set in 1972, starring Tom Hughes, Brian Cox and Steven Mackintosh.
