SYNOPSIS

In Episode 2, we look past the idealized images we associate with suburbia-into a world where backyards become battle zones, and houses are hotbeds for life. From Canberra to Kiawah Island, Toronto to Lake Tahoe, animals like bobcats, baboons, and bedbugs are bombarding the Edens we've built-turning terraces into turf wars, and bedrooms into breeding grounds. It's a world we usually never see, unless we look closer-and for animals, it might be even better than the wild. Here, Boone infiltrates the secret society of Moscow's street dogs; contends with a rash of ransacking raccoons in Toronto; encounters kangaroos kickboxing on a golf course in Australia; and climbs into a cramped basement with a hibernating black bear in California. At a time when unprecedented numbers of people are swarming into suburban sprawl-and when animals are following in stride-the dangers he encounters don't just strike home. They could strike your home.
