SYNOPSIS

Neil and Tracy Bullows, owners of the Whitehall Hotel in Darwen, Lancashire, play host to the last night of the week's competition. Hoping to impress with a mix of professionalism and efficiency, they decide to take their guests on a tour of a local paint factory, but tempers fray and a stony silence follows at breakfast.
