SYNOPSIS

Stefan travels the world with Val, desperate for a cure for Rayna's curse, yet enjoys what seems to last years. Nora does Alexa's Armory bidding for the vane promise of hep to save werewolf-poisoned lover Mary Louise. Enzo works out the truth after trapping Matt, who now seeks vengeance for his human loved ones. Damon sealed himself in a coffin to wait for Elena. Three years later, Stefan comes wake him and hopes to have his bleeding huntress-mark transferred, but a complex chase of hunters, preys and lies climaxes hellishly.
