SYNOPSIS

The job of building and maintaining the nation's fleet of fishing boats, work vessels and passenger ships is fraught with stress. Shamrock Salvage and Towing in Ocean City work to lift a sinking houseboat while the occupants, a man and his two dogs, look on in hopes that their home can be saved.
