SYNOPSIS

Actor David Tennant learns how to cook a Croatian black cuttlefish ink risotto. Jamie Oliver prepares an epic Italian feast arrosto misto, including roasted duck, chicken, partridge, pigeon and quail, while Jimmy Doherty demonstrates how to make stone-baked sourdough bread and builds his own wood-fired oven from bricks and paving slabs. Plus, the hosts investigate why small-scale UK pig farmers are being left with huge amounts of meat they are unable to sell.
