SEASON: 1

EPISODE: 20

SYNOPSIS

A business developer wants to tear down Spellman’s Brew and turn it into a mall, and there doesn’t seem to be anything Sabrina and her aunts can do about it - until Harvey (working on the shop’s super-fast internet) discovers that a construction site can be shut down if a strange or endangered species is found there. So Sabrina (with Londa and Zanda) search Witch World for an appropriate creature, and Sabrina comes back with a three-eyed frog. The developers plans are thwarted, but the frog get bigger and bigger the more it eats - so big that the aunts and Sabrina have to use magic to send it back through the portal and into Witch World. When the developer hears that the endangered species is no longer living at the shop, he puts his plan back in motion, sending a bulldozer to tear the place down. But Sabrina uses some of the tricks she had taught her pet frog (Heal! Roll over!) to slow down the bulldozer, and the aunts are eventually allowed to stay after an old man (whom the aunts had kindly given an un-demagicked hat) buys the building and insists Spellman’s Brew remain.
