SYNOPSIS

A dead horse is found at a farm in northern Pennsylvania, where 13 other horses are living in dreadful conditions. Plus, an emaciated dog and a cat with a large tumour are treated. Documentary following the work of the SPCA's Humane Law Enforcement team, which investigates cases of animal cruelty.
