SYNOPSIS

An investigation into the murder of a US Navy lieutenant reveals that a rare painting loaned to the scene of the crime is actually a fake. Luckily for the agents, Tony's con-artist father has returned to town, having broken up with Linda, and is on hand to provide expert advice as the hunt for the killer takes them into the shady world of the black market.
