SYNOPSIS

Eve Townson, Matt Worswick and Mark Ellis, the North West category chefs, must try their hands at producing fish-based dishes. While Eve and Matt hope their classic approach to cooking fish will win the day, Mark takes a more extravagant approach, with an unusual take on a traditional dessert recipe.
