SYNOPSIS

Documentary following the work of high-speed interception teams, this time with access to the officers of Cumbria's Roads Policing Unit. Glen has a busy night in Barrow-in-Furness dealing with a drunk and a runaway knifeman, and Colin detains a suspected drug dealer who has a wrap of heroin hidden in a very intimate place. Countryside and city collide when Duggie has to tackle a trailer full of cows that has overturned, blocking the main carriageway into Carlisle, while the alcohol-fuelled actions of one driver send officers rushing to evacuate villagers in the middle of the night after a crash ruptures a gas main.
