SYNOPSIS

Chief executive Ian Wakelin works with his employees at waste management company Biffa, a business that has been struggling during the economic downturn. Determined to maximise profit and pay back the company's debts, he heads to the front line in search of ways to balance the books. However, when he meets staff members who feel they have been overlooked and learns more about the challenging conditions they face, he's left to question whether people, not numbers, should be his priority.
