SYNOPSIS

The three remaining hopefuls join forces to practise a fine-dining menu before the penultimate task of the contest - to prepare one course each of a three-course menu, designed by Italian chef Massimo Bottura and judged by five of his contemporaries - Marcus Wareing, Daniel Clifford, Andrew Fairlie, Anthony Demetre and Francesco Mazzei. This is the amateurs' chance to show the best of the best that they have what it takes to one day join their ranks. But will nerves get the better of them?
