SYNOPSIS

Jess is denied permission to take her class to the beach, so concentrates on fighting the owner of a Chinese restaurant who bombards the apartment with menus. Meanwhile, Coach tries to improve Nick's fitness, and Schmidt starts to feel distanced from the gang now he has moved across the hall.
