SYNOPSIS

A group of fraudsters tries to trick the council with a fake personal injury claim, but a 999 call soon exposes the lie. A woman's attempt to exaggerate a personal injury claim shows why the UK is considered to be the `whipcash' capital of Europe, while a man is found out when he says his fridge-freezer is broken too many times. Plus, the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department returns to hunt down a greedy ghost broker. Last in the series.
