SYNOPSIS
London and South East chefs Tom Sellers, Adam Byatt and Adam Simmonds prepare desserts as they continue in their quest to cook at a banquet in St Paul's Cathedral marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The mystery Great British Menu veteran assesses them and decides which one of the trio will not be returning for the regional final.
