Great British Menu: Northern Ireland Starter

SYNOPSIS

New series. The culinary competition returns, with chefs battling it out for the opportunity to cook at a banquet at St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The first edition features entrants from Northern Ireland, with returning finalist Raymond McArdle taking on Chris McGowan and Will Brown as they prepare the ideal starter for the feast. The hopefuls must impress a mystery Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and Celia Sandys on Friday.
