Jamie at Home: Mushrooms

SYNOPSIS

Jamie is off in search of mushrooms and cooking the perfect mushroom risotto. There are no mushrooms in Jamie's garden, so he's off in search of edible fungi in his local forest, with his mentor and mushroom don Gennaro Contaldo. Gennaro explains the perils as they find various mushrooms and have a cook-up in the forest, making a delicious wild mushroom bruschetta.
