Battlefield Britain: Boudicca's Revolt

SYNOPSIS

Peter and Dan Snow chart the destruction inflicted by Boudicca and her warriors as they clashed with the Roman legions in 60AD. State-of-the-art computer graphics offer an insight into the rebel leader's bloody campaign, from the sacking of Colchester to the final confrontation near St Albans, while the presenters investigate what life was like for fighters on both sides of the battle.
