Homicide Unit Istanbul: Rettet Tarlabasi

SYNOPSIS

Istanbul contractor Hakan Demirkan is found murdered in his summer house, next to a voodoo doll. Commissioner Mehmet Özakin and assistant Mustafa first examine threats against Demirkan on account of his firm's controversially drastic development projects in the old neighborhood Tarlabasi. He had an adulterous affair with the shortly after murdered opposition lawyer's girlfriend, Yasemin Gül. Demirkan's wife Hanife, politically ambitious son Züli and business partner Cihan Baysal, a speculator, hide more secrets. A crippled ex-cop now detective's son, an (ex-?)junkie, is also involved.
