SYNOPSIS

Parts of a dismembered body are discovered on four street corners, triggering an investigation that eventually leads Mac and the team to suspect Russian mobsters may be responsible. As the case proceeds, an explosion rips through the neighbourhood, indicating that some local men may be seeking to exact their own brand of rough justice.
