SYNOPSIS

Mještani su izluđeni novom uredbom o katastarskoj izmjeri općine. Ne razumiju se u propise i akte, ali se uzdaju u dobrosusjedske odnose.
Aljoša daje intervju novinarki vezano za hotel, iako mu to nije drago činiti bez Vinka. Privatno se osjeća usamljen, bez Vesne.
Vinko i Zvone su u Zagrebu kako bi od veze u ministarstvu iskamčili novi popis stanovništva, ali i otkup zemljišta za parking hotela. No, posjet im završava neplanirano te se nađu u nezavidnoj situaciji.
