SYNOPSIS

In this episode, Paul meets Hope, an aged mongrel, whose dramatic arrival is causing a huge concern for the staff at Battersea. She's only ever had one owner but sadly they've grown too old to look after her so they had no option but to pass her to Battersea's safe hands. However, Hope is petrified of her new surroundings, and totally shuts down. Can Paul help lighten the mood of this depressed dog?
