SYNOPSIS

Camembert je jedan od poznatijih simbola francuskog sirarstva, koji "kopiraju" proizvođači diljem svijeta. Will odlazi na mjesto gdje je sve počelo - selo Camembert na sjeveru Francuske - na mljekarsku farmu i siranu g. Duranda, posljednjeg proizvođača u pokrajini Normandiji koji camembert proizvodi na obiteljskoj farmi. Sljedeća je postaja poljoprivredna zadruga Isigny St Mere, jedan od najcjenjenijih francuskih proizvođača tradicionalnog camemberta od sirovog mlijeka. Will objašnjava razliku između camemberta i njegovog drevnog "srodnika", briea, te posjećuje specijaliziranu trgovinu sirom Rolanda Barthelemyja u Parizu, dobavljača Elizejske palače.
