SYNOPSIS

The contestants face the most demanding test of their kitchen credentials so far when they cook for four chefs who have earned seven Michelin stars between them. Guiding them through the challenge is Alexis Gauthier - himself the proprietor of a Michelin-starred restaurant - who has designed the meal's three-course menu, and demonstrates the unusual and instinctive techniques required to create its dishes.
