SYNOPSIS

The three remaining contestants work in the kitchen of London restaurant Cafe Spice Namaste under chef Cyrus Todiwala, where they are challenged to prepare dishes for paying customers using unfamiliar ingredients and techniques. They then try to re-create Cyrus's signature green chicken curry, but need to carefully balance spices and flavours to impress the judges.
