Emily continues instructing Florence in all things ladylike with a trip to the ballet, while Dr Lawrence and Anne also enjoy a spot of culture at the theatre. The Fat Fighters attend their annual Christmas dinner and Lou takes Andy to a church service - but struggles to talk him out of dressing as baby Jesus.
