SYNOPSIS

A selection of the finalists prepare their main courses, including Colin McGurran's hay-smoked pig's head and mock apple, with textures of onion, and Daniel Clifford's slow-poached chicken, with sweetcorn egg, spinach and peas. Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort decide who will progress, with assistance from veteran judge Tom Kerridge.
