SYNOPSIS

Three chefs from London and the South East prepare main courses to be judged by Jason Atherton. Marcus McGuinness makes blade of beef cooked in hay, tendons and beetroot, Phil Howard offers roast loin of lamb with pie and mash, carrots, nettles and mint, while Graham Garrett whips up slow-cooked marsh lamb, rasher and spiced rissole.
