SYNOPSIS

Drama series by ERT, written by Tina Kambitsi and directed by Christos Georgiou, starring Christos Loulis, Thaleia Matika, Ioannis Papazisis, Lena Papaligoura, Erietta Manouri, Vana Pefani, and a host of exceptional actors and contributors.The storyOne night, renowned surgeon Filippos Razis (Christos Loulis) finds an abandoned 12-year-old Roma girl outside the hospital, writhing in pain. He is off duty, but seeing that time is not on her side, he decides to operate on her. In the operating room, he realizes that the girl's kidney is missing. The next morning the girl dies and no one looks for her except Belou Alsampa (Aliki Andreiomenou), an immigrant who seems to know why the girl died. She approaches Filippos and asks him to help her because her life is in danger from that man, Sirhan (Panagos Ioakeim), who has caused the young Roma girl to die. Now Filippos has to make a monumental decision. To concern himself with his wife, Maritina Apergi (Thaleia Matika), or to fight for a better world? When he decides to help Belou, his world is turned upside down. Hospital director Galateia Paraschi (Vana Pefani) doesn't seem to be on his side, his colleague, a doctor, an oncologist, Erietta Fotiadi (Lena Papaligoura) tries to stop him, and the entire hospital turns against him, and he consequently finds himself in prison. His only allies in his struggle are a young, militant journalist, Thaleia Mela (Erietta Manouri), and his close friend, a doctor, and anesthesiologist, Rafail Analytis (Ioannis Papazisis). Who set this elaborate trap for him? What role did his wife and her collaborator, Nikitas Stergiou (Giorgis Tsampourakis) play in the story? Will he manage to prove what really happened and get justice? Did he trust the right people or were his friends actually his enemies?
